Mehta

Nirali Mehta is a designer with a passion for crafting valuable products & experiences, an entrepreneur with zeal to explore and develop new territories, aspiring to move from one corner of the gamut of creativity to another.

A National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) graduate, she has had a decade-long career in luxury jewelry, with leading brands- including, Tanishq and Zoya and continues to engage in this field as a freelance consultant.

 

After her stint with Design Management at Parsons the School Of Design, She is also the co-founded India's first organic activewear brand 'STRETCHERY'- aimed to positively impact the maker, the wearer, and the environment. Building Stretchery donning various hats of creative director & chief strategist, she built the bootstrapped start-up from the ground up, embarking on a journey to make an impact and change perspectives by creating a category in a nascent but emerging segment of wellness and sustainable fashion in India. 

Passionate about working at the intersection of design, business and art, she tries to work across disciplines, often exploring the edges of all things creative. In her pursuit of opportunities to explore, learn and perform she has gone on to work for clients including Opium eyewear, Beam Suntory, Avon to name a few.

She continues to question the norm & re-imagine the way we look and make things, to ultimately create a sense of delight through her work and art.
